摘要
在使用Super-SBM模型测度区域绿色创新效率的基础上,文章基于非线性时变因子模型考察了区域间绿色创新效率的俱乐部收敛现象。结果表明区域间绿色创新效率存在着三个收敛俱乐部,进而使用Ordered Probit模型研究发现人均GDP、人力资本、FDI、产业结构、政府支持是收敛俱乐部形成的决定条件。
On the basis of using the Super - SBM model to measure the green innovation efficiency of the region, the paper investigates the club convergence phenomenon of green innovation efficiency between regions based on the nonlinear time - varying factor model. The results show that there are three convergence clubs in the inter - regional green innova tion efficiency. By using the Ordered Probit model, the results also show that per capita GDP, human capital, FDI, industrial structure, and government support are the determining conditions for the formation of convergence clubs.
