摘要
特种陶瓷液压机的顶出机构是一个关键部件,以ZGLRY-160-22特种陶瓷液压机为研究对象,研究其顶出控制系统,并按照一定要求设计此控制系统的控制器.为达到对整个控制系统高精度控制目的,采用PID和模糊PID两种控制方法分别加在顶出控制系统中进行对比分析,观察系统误差以及响应时间,并进行实验验证.实验结果表明:在顶出阶段与3个下降阶段,模糊PID的偏差与PID的偏差相比小很多;所设计的模糊PID控制器可以克服现场的非线性因素诸如油液摩擦力的变化、负载参数变化等的影响,结构简单易行,对生产高质量高性能的陶瓷具有现实意义.
The special ceramic hydraulic press is a key component,and here the model ZGLRY-160-22 special ceramic hydraulic press is taken as the research object to study the ejection control system according to certain requirements.In order to achieve the high precision purpose of the whole control system,this paper compares PID and fuzzy PID control methods used to observe the response time and systematic error of the top control system,and then conduct experimental verification.The experimental results show the deviation between the fuzzy PID and PID in the ejection and three falling stages is much smaller.The fuzzy PID controller designed in this paper can overcome the influence of the non-linear factors such as the change of the oil frictional force and the load parameters.The method and the structure is simple and easy,and has practical significance for producing high quality and high performance ceramics.
