自密实混凝土在西甘池隧洞工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在西甘池隧洞工程建设中,由于拆迁占地等原因,导致工期紧任务重,须对原隧洞衬砌施工方案进行调整。通过反复论证和对比,决定在围岩地质条件较差的洞段,采用双层配筋+自密实混凝土浇筑的方案,利用自密实混凝土无须振捣的优势,实现既保工期又保质量。通过采用合理布设泵送管路、密切关注混凝土流态、控制浇筑速度、加大混凝土供应强度、连续浇筑等措施,确保了仓内混凝土浇筑密实,为类似工程施工积累了经验。 The construction period is tight, and the task is heavy due to demolition and occupation in the construction of Xiganchi Tunnel Project. The plan of double-layer reilfforeed concrete + self -eompaeted concrete pouring is adopted in the tunnel section with poor geological conditions of surrounding rock through repeated demonstration and comparison, and the advantage of no vibration in self -eompaeted concrete is utilized for realizing the purpose of ensuring construction period and quality. Compact pouring of concrete in the warehouse is ensured through reasonable arrangement of pumping pipeline, close attention to concrete flow state, control of pouring speed, strengthening of concrete supply, guarantee of continuous casting and other measures, thereby successful experience is accumulated for similar projects in the future.
