互联网医疗技术分类分级应用的探讨

Discussion on classification and category application of online medical technology

目的:为了规范互联网医疗行为,促进其健康有序发展,探索互联网医疗技术合理应用和管理模式。方法:通过文献查询、实地调查、专家咨询和医疗人员问卷等方法,提出互联网医疗技术分类分级的应用。结果:1.医疗技术在互联网条件下应该进行分类分级应用;2.医疗技术互联网应用可分为三类:第一类为互联网医疗有能力承担的,第二类互联网医疗部分适应的,第三类互联网医疗开展存在较大安全风险的;3.第二类医疗技术必须分为网上适宜病种病症状指征和需转为线下应用的两级。结论:医疗机构是医疗安全和质量的责任主体,必须对本机构拟开展的互联网医疗技术进行评估,制定本机构的互联网医疗技术分类分级管理制度并严格管理。

The Objectives are to regulate online medical behavior and promote its healthy and orderly development,to explore the rational application and management mode of online medical technology.Through the literature search,field survey,expert advice and medical personnel questionnaires and other methods,this paper put forward the application of online medical technology classification and grading.The results showed that online medical technology should be classified and applied.Online medical technology applications could be divided into three categories,being afforded by online medical treatment,being partially adapted by online medical,causing a big security risk in online medical service.The second category of medical technology must be divided into online indications suitable for disease and need to be converted to offline applications at two levels.We concluded that medical institutions were the main body responsible for the safety and quality of medical treatment.Online medical technology must be evaluated,the classification and management system for online medical technology classified by the institution must be established and strictly managed.
