卫生行政处罚信息公开的风险防范研究

Study on risk prevention of public health administrative punishment information disclosure

《政府信息公开条例》已颁布十周年,卫生行政处罚信息公开是当下卫生计生监督工作的重要组成部分,也是推进政府信息公开、依法行政的难点之一。本文以卫生行政处罚信息公开的类型、形式、方式和途径为研究基础,指出卫生行政处罚信息公开中潜在的风险,并提出相应防范措施,不断提高政府信息公开质量,切实维护群众健康安全权益。

The Government Information Disclosure Ordinance has been promulgated for 10 years.The public health administrative punishment information is an important part of health and family planning supervision,but also the difficulty of promoting government information openness and administration by law.Based on the types,forms,ways of public health administrative penalty information,this paper pointed out the potential risks in public health administrative penalty information,and put forward corresponding preventive measures to continuously improve the quality of government information openness and safeguard the public health and safety rights and interests.
