摘要
全反式维甲酸是维生素A类天然衍生物,其生物效应广泛,在胚胎发育、视觉形成、诱导正常分化、抗炎抗凝,干扰肿瘤细胞代谢等方面具有重要作用。近几年研究发现,全反式维甲酸可显著抑制血管平滑肌细胞的异常增殖,在一定程度上促进内皮细胞的产生,加速损伤内皮细胞功能的恢复。本文就全反式维甲酸的生物学性质以及维甲酸抑制血管平滑肌增殖的研究进展进行综述。
All-trans retinoic acid is a natural derivative of vitamin A. It is of extensive biological effects and plays an important role in normal embryonic development, visual formation, cellular differentiation, anti-inflammation, anticoagulation and metabolism intervention of tumor cells. In recent years, it has been found that all-trans retinoic acid can significantly inhibit the abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells, promote the production of endothelial cells to a certain extent and accelerate the recovery of damaged endothelial functions. In this article, the biological characteristics of all-trans retinoic acid and its inhibiting effect on vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation were reviewed.
