综合康复对脑胶质瘤术后患者肢体功能的影响

Influence of comprehensive rehabilitation on limb function of patients after operation for cerebral glioma

目的探讨综合康复对脑胶质瘤术后患者肢体功能的影响。方法回顾性分析92例脑胶质瘤术后患者的病历资料,根据康复模式的不同将患者分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者接受常规康复治疗,观察组患者接受综合康复治疗。采用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、徒手肌力检查法(MMT)及Barthel指数(BI)评定患者的肢体运动功能、肌力及日常生活活动能力;采用卡氏(KPS)评分评定患者的远期生存质量。结果康复治疗后,两组患者的FMA、MMT和BI评分均高于本组康复治疗前(P﹤0.05),且观察组患者的FMA、MMT和BI评分均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者康复治疗后6个月和1年的KPS评分分别为(61.9±5.8)分、(55.0±5.3)分,均明显高于对照组的(57.4±7.2)分、(41.5±6.6)分(P﹤0.01)。结论综合康复有助于提高脑胶质瘤术后患者的肢体功能和生存质量。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation on limb function of patients after op- eration for cerebral glioma. Method The medical record of 92 patients with cerebral glioma were analyzed retrospective- ly, and the patients were divided into control group （n=42） and observation group （n=50） according to the rehabilitation training mode. The patients in control group received conventional rehabilitation training, the patients in observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation training. The Fugl-Meyer （FMA） scale, manual muscle testing （MMT） and Barthel index （BI） were used to evaluate limb function, muscle force and activities of daily life, respectively. The KPS was used to evaluate the long-term living quality. Result After rehabilitation training, FMA, MMT and BI of patients in both groups all significantly improved compared with those before rehabilitation training （P〈0.05）, and these three index- es of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. In observation group, the patients＇ KPS at 6 months and 1 year after rehabilitation training were （61.9±5.8） and （55.0±5.3）, which were both significantly higher than those （57.4±7.2 and 41.5±6.6） in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabili- tation could improve the limb function and quality of life of patients after operation for cerebral glioma.
