国家王权慑服与土司利益博弈——以王阳明水西“三书”为个案

The Power of Kingship and the Game with Chieftain's Benefit——Take Wang Yangming's Shuixi “Sanshu” as the Case

王阳明于明正德初年罪迁龙场驿丞,得到水西安氏土司和各族土民的接纳与庇护,其《谢安宣慰书》和两封《与安宣慰书》展现个人才学人品,凸显国家权力渗延,强化明王朝的治理体系能力,抑制土司权力、利益欲望的膨胀,稳定民族地区的秩序。王阳明与水西安氏土司的政治互动表明:在国家王权慑服下,土司通过利益博弈,保持国家与土司、中央与地方之间的权力互动与利益均衡。

At the early of Zhengde period of Ming Dynasty,Wang Yangming was banished to Longchang, and was accepted and protected by local people and Anshi Chieftain of Shuixi.His 〈Xieanxuanweishu〉and〈Yuanxuanweishu〉showed his talents and moral quality,and also the expanding of the central power which strengthened ruling of central government to surpass the power of the chieftains and the desire for benefits.The political interaction between Wang and Anshi chieftain showed that the local chieftains managed the balance with the central government through the game for gaining benefits under the national kingship.
