一带一路"战略不仅是沿线各国政治上的沟通、经济上的合作,亦需要法律上的密切配合。ODR机制凭借自身的优势,契合了该战略下纠纷处理的需要,但其亦存在缺乏统一平台、网络安全性饱受争议、裁决结果缺乏执行保障等问题。在"一带一路"背景下ODR机制出现了若干新的发展趋势,这些趋势对于ODR机制的完善提出了要求。
