摘要
可再生能源供热量统计核算是我国可再生能源统计中的难点问题。本文梳理分析了我国现行的国家能源统计体系中关于供热量和可再生能源的相关制度和规定,介绍了我国太阳能供热、生物质供热(热电联产供热、锅炉供热)、地热能(水热型供热、热泵系统供热)等多种可再生能源技术常用的供热量计算方法,深入分析了可再生能源统计核算面临的问题和挑战,提出了完善可再生能源供热统计的工作思路和政策建议。
Statistics and accounting of renewable energy for heating is a very important and difficult part for renewable energy statistics. This paper analyzes current regulations about heating and renewable energy in national energy statistics system in China; introduces renewable energy heating calculate methodologies for renewable energy heating technologies, including solar heating, biomass heating（biomass CHP and biomass boiler）, geothermal energy heating（water-resources system and heat pump system）. And it researches and analyzes the barriers and challenges of renewable energy heating statistics and accounting, and then submits the work plan and policy suggestion for renewable energy heating statistics.
