摘要
目的探讨护士长胜任力自评问卷现场发放与问卷星结果的一致性。方法 2017年12月,选取乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院在职聘用护士长188例,以护士长胜任力自评问卷为评价工具,采用现场问卷发放及问卷星两种调查方式,收集问卷结果并分析。结果护士长胜任力自评问卷现场发放结果中的各维度评分及问卷总分与问卷星结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护士长胜任力自评问卷现场发放与问卷星平台结果具有一致性,一致性水平中等偏上(r=0.400~0.808,P<0.01),一致性水平由高到低分别是创新能力、管理能力、服务导向、个人特质、行为特征、知识技能。结论问卷星平台在实现护士长胜任力自评时较现场问卷发放更省时省力,同时能够调动起被调查者的积极性,操作便捷,因此,问卷星平台可在护士长胜任力测评及护理管理中推广应用。
Objective To explore the consistency between the results of on-site issuance of questionnaire about the head nurse competency self-assessment and the results of the questionnaire star platform. Methods In December 2017, 188 cases of head nurse who worked at the top three hospitals of Urumqi were selected, self-assessment questionnaire about competency of head nurse were distributed on site, or 188 cases were investigated through questionnaire star platform. And the questionnaire results were collected and analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference about the score at each dimension and the total score between the results of the questionnaire on site and the results of the questionnaire star(P〉0.05). The two kinds of ways have medium to high consistency(r = 0.400 - 0.400, P〈0.01), the consistency level from high to low were the ability of innovation, the ability of management, service orientation, personal traits, behavior characteristics and knowledge skills, respectively. Conclusion The questionnaire star platform could save more time and more labor compared with questionnaire on the spot, and it can arouse the enthusiasm of the respondents. At the same time, the operation is more convenient. Therefore, the questionnaire star platform is worthy of promotion and popularization in assessing the competency of head nurse.
