超声乳化白内障吸除结合人工晶体植入术对老年青光眼的治疗效果研究

Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation on Senile Glaucoma

目的研究老年性青光眼患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除治疗的同时结合人工晶体植入术治疗的临床效果。方法收集眼科收治的老年急性青光眼患者40例(58眼)作为研究的临床资料,纳入研究患者全部采用超声乳化白内障吸除治疗的同时结合人工晶体植入术治疗,针对患者治疗前后的视力、眼压等相关检查资料进行评价及随访观察记录(随访时间为术后三个月),评价患者的治疗效果。结果经超声乳化白内障吸除治疗的同时结合人工晶体植入术治疗后的40例(58眼)患者的视力均有不同程度的提升,眼压均下降。所有评价指标治疗前后对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,同时结合人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼效果显著,对患者的视力有效提高,有效改善升高的眼压,促进眼压下降。提高了患者的治疗满意度,可作为临床治疗青光眼的有效医治方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile glaucoma. Methods 40 cases（ 58 eyes） of the elderly patients with acute glaucoma admitted in our department of ophthalmology were collected as the clinical data of this study. All the patients were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation at the same time,and the visual and intraocular pressure were evaluated before and after the treatment. Follow up observation was performed（ follow up time was three months after operation） to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the patients. Results The visual acuity of 40 patients（ 58 eyes） treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation was improved in varying degrees and the intraocular pressure decreased. All the indexes were statistically significant before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The treatment of phacoemulsification with phacoemulsification,combined with intraocular lens implantation,is effective in the treatment of glaucoma,improves the visual acuity of the patients effectively,improves the intraocular pressure effectively,and promotes the decrease of intraocular pressure. The patient＇s treatment satisfaction is improved. It can be used as an effective treatment for glaucoma.
