奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗老年首发精神分裂症患者的效果观察

The Effect of Olanzapine and Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia

目的研究探讨奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗老年首发精神分裂症患者的效果。方法选择2016年1月-2017年1月老年首发精神分裂症患者80例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,两组都为40例,其中对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组采取阿立哌唑治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,血压下降、血象改变的发生率低于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对于老年首发精神分裂症患者,采取阿立哌唑治疗,疗效显著,可以帮助患者减少不良反应的出现,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。

Objective To study the effects of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital senile schizophrenic patients in80 cases were studied,which were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with olanzapine treatment,observation group were treated with aripiprazole treatment,observation of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect,adverse reaction. Results The effect of the observation group was better than the control group. The incidence of blood pressure drop and Hemogram change was lower than that of the control group,and the two groups were compared,P〈0. 05. Conclusions The effect of aripiprazole in the elderly schizophrenic patients with aripiprazole is significant,and the adverse reaction is less. It is worth popularizing.
