摘要
A phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Artemisia brachyloba led to the isolation of 13 compounds(1-13) for the first time, including eight lignans(1-8) and five flavonoids(9-13). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by analysis of the NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with the literature. The 1 H and 13 C NMR data of 1 were fully assigned for the first time by the 2 D NMR analysis. All the isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-challenged BV-2 microglial cells.
运用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备HPLC等多种分离方法对山蒿化学成分进行了研究,分离得到13个化合物,通过NMR数据分析,并结合文献对比,鉴定了化合物的结构,其中8个木脂素和5个黄酮,均为首次从山蒿中分离得到。借助2D NMR技术首次对化合物1的波谱数据进行了全归属。对分离到的所有化合物进行了抑制脂多糖诱导的BV-2小胶质细胞NO生成实验,化合物1,4和10有一定的抑制NO生成活性。
