摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环法在缩短眼科手术患者术前等候时间的应用效果。方法:通过头脑风暴法分析2015年1-11月手术患者等候时间长的可能原因,采用PDCA循环法进行管理。结果:2015年1月-11月手术患者术前等候时间平均等待时间为(37.19±4.22)min,2016年1月-11月手术患者的术前等候时间为(31.00±4.32)min,平均缩短时间为(6.19±2.18)min。2016年1月-11月手术患者的满意度为99.76%,较2015年上升1.27%。从无形成果方面分析建立团队合作和责任感,"PDCA"循环贯穿整个项目,多部门联合完成项目改进,培养了护理人员的服务意识、高效工作的意识。结论:PDCA循环法能够缩短眼科手术患者的术前等候时间,提高护理满意度与护理质量,有很好的应用效果。
Objective: To explore the application effect of PDCA cyclemethod in shortening preoperative waiting time of eye surgery patients. Methods: The possible cause of the long waiting time for surgical patients from January to November 2015 was analyzed by brainstorming and the PDCA cycle method was used for management. Results: The average preoperative waiting time from January to November 2015 was(37. 19 ± 4. 22) min,and the average preoperative waiting time from January to November 2016 was(31. 00 ± 4. 32) min. The average reduction time was(6. 19 ± 2. 18) min. The patient satisfaction rate was 99. 76% from January to November 2016,up 1. 27% compared with 2015. From the analysis of intangible results,team cooperation and sense of responsibility were established,and the " PDCA" cycle ran through the whole project,and the multiple departments were combined to improve the project,and the consciousness of service and efficient work of the nursing staff was trained. Conclusion: PDCA cycle method can shorten the preoperative waiting time of eye surgery patients,improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality,and has a good application effect.
