128层螺旋CT对小肠淋巴瘤与小肠间质瘤的诊断鉴别研究

Diagnosis and Differential of Small Intestinal Lymphoma and Small Intestinal Stromal Tumors with 128 Slice Spiral CT

目的:128层螺旋CT对小肠淋巴瘤与小肠间质瘤的诊断鉴别研究。方法:选取我院66例小肠淋巴瘤与小肠间质瘤患者,进行128层螺旋CT检查,对比检查结果。结果:小肠肿瘤十二指肠位置无明显差异(P>0.05);空肠位置数量低于小肠间质瘤,回肠位置数量高于小肠间质瘤(P<0.05);供血动脉发现情况高于小肠淋巴瘤(P<0.05);小肠淋巴瘤和小肠间质瘤平扫CT值无明显差异(P>0.05);动脉期、静脉期CT值均低于小肠间质瘤(P<0.05)。结论:128层螺旋CT对小肠淋巴瘤和小肠间质瘤具有较高的诊断价值,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and differential of small intestinal lymphoma and small intestinal stromal tumors with 128 slice spiral CT. Methods： 66 cases of small intestinal lymphoma and small intestinal stromal tumors in our hospital were examined by 128 slice spiral CT,and the results were compared. Results： There was no significant difference of intestinal tumors of the duodenum and jejunum（P〉0. 05）; position lower than the number of small intestinal stromal tumors,ileum position higher than the number of small intestinal stromal tumors（P〈0. 05）; artery found higher than intestinal lymphoma（P〈0. 05）; small intestinal lymphoma and intestinal stromal tumor plain CT value had no significant difference（P〉0. 05）; arterial and venous phase CT values were lower than those of small intestinal stromal tumor（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： 128 slice spiral CT is of high diagnostic value for small intestinal lymphoma and small intestinal stromal tumors,and is worthy of clinical application.
