摘要
目的:探讨心脏超声参数在诊断慢性心力衰竭中的应用价值;方法:选取2015年5月至2017年5月于我院进行就诊的160例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照患者临床症状进行心力衰竭分级(1-4级),设为实验组,并选取80例同期于我院进行体检的健康者为对照组,对两组患者进行超声检查和血浆脑尿钠肽(BNP)水平检测,并对左室射血分数(LVEF)和BNP水平关系、LVEF和心功能分级关系以及实验组和对照组的超声指数、BNP水平进行对比;结果:实验组超声检测参数LVEF与BNP水平呈现负相关关系,心衰超声指数与患者心功能分级呈现正相关关系,两组对比实验组LVEF小于对照组,其他超声指数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:心脏超声检测对于慢性心力衰竭的诊断具有一定价值,对预测心功能分级具有参考意义。
Objective: To explore the application value of cardiac ultrasound parameters in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure. Methods: 160 cases of chronic heart failure were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were classified according to clinical symptoms in patients with heart failure(1-4),for the experimental group. 80 cases of physical examination in our hospital were selected for control group. The two groups of patients were examined by ultrasound and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels. The relationship between left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and BNP level,the relationship between LVEF and cardiac function classification,and the ultrasonic index and BNP level of the experimental group and the control group were compared. Results: In the experimental group,there was a negative correlation between the LVEF and BNP levels,and the heart failure index was positively correlated with the cardiac function classification. Compared with the control group,the LVEF of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the other ultrasound indexes were higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Cardiac ultrasound has certain value for the diagnosis of chronic heart failure,and has a reference value for the prediction of cardiac function classification.
