电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定地表水中的溴和碘 被引量:6

Determination of bromide and iodine in surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定地表水中溴和碘的方法。方法在1%NH3·H2O介质中,使用内标和碰撞反应池技术(KED模式)消除基体干扰和质谱干扰,采用ICP-MS直接测定地表水中的溴和碘。结果溴和碘的线性范围均为0 ng/ml^100 ng/ml,相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 7,检出限分别为0.05μg/L和0.32μg/L,加标回收率分别为94.4%~112.0%和92.0%~106.0%,相对标准差(RSD)在2.9%~6.4%。对所采集的30个样品的溴、碘含量测试结果表明,广西钦江、南流江和明江流域的地表水中溴和碘的含量并不高。结论本方法快速灵敏准确,适用于大批量水中溴和碘同时测定。 Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of bromide and iodine in surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods Bromide and iodine in surface water were determined directly in 1% NH3·H2 O by ICP-MS. The matrix effect and the mass spectrum interferences were corrected by the in-line addition of internal standard solution and the collided reaction cell technology(KED mode). Results The linearity of bromide and iodine were within 0 ng/ml-100 ng/ml,correlation coefficients were 0. 999 4 and 0. 999 7,and the detection limits of bromide and iodine were 0. 05 μg/L and 0. 32 μg/L,the recoveries were within 94. 4%-112. 0% and 92. 0%-106. 0%,with RSDs of 2. 9%-6. 4%. The determination results of bromine and iodine of the 30 collected samples showed that bromine and iodine in the surface water of Qinjiang,Nanliujiang and Mingjiang valley in Guangxi were not high. Conclusion This analysis method was simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of bromide and iodine in large quantity of water samples.
