电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中的30种元素 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中铍、硼、铝、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、锌、砷、锶、镉、银、钡、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铊、铅的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。方法在线加入6Li、45Sc、89Y、115In、159Tb、209Bi内标元素,校正干扰效应,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接对生活饮用水中铍等30种元素进行测定。结果方法的检出限、定量限、线性范围、准确度及相关系数等各项指标均能满足实验要求,检出限为0.000 082 5μg/L^4.572μg/L,定量限为0.000 275μg/L^15.240μg/L,线性范围为0μg/L^500μg/L,质控样品的测定结果在证书要求的参考范围内,稀土元素的低、中、高3个浓度加标回收率分别为76.4%~107.3%、90.8%~105.6%、96.7%~107.8%,相关系数均>0.999 2。结论该方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏,可用于饮用水中多种元素的同时测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 30 elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),including beryllium,boron,aluminum,vanadium,chromium,manganese,iron,cobalt,nickle,zinc,arsenic,strontium,cadmium,silver,barium,lanthanum,cerium,praseodymium,neodymium,samarium,europium,gadolinium,dysprosium,holmium,erbium,thulium,ytterbium,lutecium,thallium and lead. Methods After the internal standard elements ~6 Li,^(45)Sc,^(89)Y,^(115)In,^(159)Tb,^(209)Bi were online spiked to correct interference effect and the analytes(beryllium etc.)in drinking water sample were determined directly by ICP-MS. Results The detection limits,quantification limits,linear range,accuracy and correlation coefficient of the method can meet the experimental requirements. The detection limit of the method was within 0. 000 082 5 μg/L-4. 572 μg/L; the quantitation limit of the method was within 0. 000 275 μg/L-15. 240μg/L; the linear range was within 0 μg/L-500 μg/L; the measurement results of the quality controls were within the reference range. The recoveries of rare earth elements at low,medium and high spiked levels were within 76. 4%-107. 3%,90. 8%-105. 6%,and 96. 7%-107. 8%,respectively,with the correlative coefficient(r) 0. 999 2. Conclusion The method is simple,fast,accurate,sensitive and can be used in the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in drinking water.
