摘要
目的探讨胃溃疡患者血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)含量检测及其与机体炎症应激反应的相关关系。方法收集2015年8月-2017年4月在本院接受治疗的慢性胃溃疡患者128例作为胃溃疡组,同期在本院进行体检的健康志愿者100例作为正常对照组。检测2组研究对象血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ的含量,炎症因子、氧化应激指标的含量。采用Pearson检验判断胃溃疡患者血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量与机体炎症应激反应程度的相关关系。结果胃溃疡组患者血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ的含量高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃溃疡组患者血清中炎症因子CRP、IL-6、IL-1β的含量高于正常对照组;SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC的含量低于正常对照组,MDA、AOPPs的含量高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson检验显示,胃溃疡患者血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ的含量与机体炎症应激程度呈正相关。结论胃溃疡患者存在血清中PGⅠ异常高表达,可作为衡量机体炎症反应、氧化应激反应严重程度的可靠指标。
Objective To detect the serum content of pepsinogen(PG) in gastric ulcer patients and its relationship with inflammatory stress response. Methods A total of 128 cases of gastric ulcer in our hospital during August 2015-April 2017 were enrolled as the gastric ulcer group,and 100 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as the normal control group. Serum contents of PGⅠ,PGⅡ and inflammatory factors,oxidative stress indexes of the two groups were examined. Pearson test was used to determine the correlation of PG,PG II levels with inflammatory stress reaction in gastric ulcer patients. Results Serum contents of PG I,PGⅡ in gastric ulcer group were significantly higher than that in control group,with the differences statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Serum contents of inflammatory factors,such as CRP,IL-6,IL-1β,in gastric ulcer group were higher than those in control group; serum contents of antioxidant indexes,such as SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,in gastric ulcer group were lower than those in control group,oxidation indexes,such as MDA,AOPPs,were higher than those in control group,with the differences statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Pearson test showed that serum contents of PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ in gastric ulcer patients were positively related to the degree of inflammation and stress response. Conclusion There is an abnormal high expression of PG I in gastric ulcer patients,which can be used as a reliable index to measure the severity of inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress response.
