增生性、非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血管内皮细胞生长因子、组织激肽释放酶、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平变化情况 被引量:6

Changes of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 in patients with proliferative and non proliferative diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)和非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(NPDR)患者血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、组织激肽释放酶(TKLK)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(s ICAM-1)的水平变化情况。方法选择2014年6月-2015年9月来本院就诊的糖尿病患者90例,将其分为PDR组、NPDR组、糖尿病无视网膜病变组(DM组),各30例,选择30例同期在本院体检的健康志愿者作为对照组,比较各组患者VEGF、TKLK和s ICAM-1的水平变化情况。结果 DM组、NPDR组和PDR组的VEGF、TKLK和s ICAM-1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),DM组和NPDR组的VEGF、TKLK和s ICAM-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PDR组的VEGF、TKLK和s ICAM-1水平均明显高于DM组和NPDR组(P<0.05);VEGF、TKLK和s ICAM-1的水平变化情况与DR患者的增生程度呈正相关(r值分别为0.853、0.799、0.860,P<0.01)。结论 PDR患者的VEGF、TKLK、s ICAM-1水平均高于NPDR患者,且DR的增生程度越严重,VEGF、TKLK、s ICAM-1水平越高,对于临床指导具有积极的意义。 Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tissue kallikrein(TKLK) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(s ICAM-1) in patients with proliferative and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods 90 patients with diabetes mellitus who were enrolled in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were divided into PDR group,NPDR group,diabetic group without DR group(DM group),with 30 patients in each group,and 30 healthy volunteers in our hospital were selected as the control group,the levels and changes of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 in DR patients were compared between each two groups. Results The levels of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 in DM group,NPDR group and PDR group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0. 05),and there was no statistical significance on the difference of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 between DM group and NPDR group(P〈0. 05),and the levels of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 in PDR group were significantly higher than those in DM group and NPDR group(P〈0. 05); the levels of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 were positively correlated with the degree of proliferative of DR patients(r = 0. 853,r =0. 799,r = 0. 860,P〈0. 01). Conclusion The levels of VEGF,TKLK and s ICAM-1 in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were higher than those in patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,and the severe the degree of hyperplasia in patients with diabetic retinopathy is,the higher the levels of VEGF,TKLK,s ICAM-1 are,which has positive effect on clinical guidance.
