昆明市售云南普洱茶中铅残留现状调查分析 被引量:6

Investigation and analysis of lead residual in commercially available Pu'er tea in Kunming

摘要 目的本研究对云南省普洱茶中铅残留现状进行调查分析,为云南普洱茶的开发利用提供数据。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对云南普洱茶中铅含量进行测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果对77件茶叶样品中的铅进行了检测,其中4件未检出,其余最高值为2.25 mg/kg,均值为0.450 mg/kg,均符合国家相关标准要求,仅1件样品超出农业部规定的有机茶的铅限值要求。铅残留量在生熟茶中的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但不同样品来源地铅残留量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云南普洱茶有着独特的环境优势,整体铅含量控制在一个相对安全的水平。 Objective To investigate and analyze the lead residual status in commercially available Pu'er tea in Kunming,so as to provide data for the development and utilization of Yunnan Pu' er tea. Methods The lead content in Yunnan Pu' er tea was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the data were statistically analyzed. Results Seventy-seven tea samples were conducted for the lead detection,and lead was not detected in only 4 tea samples. The maximum value was 2. 25 mg/kg,with the mean value of 0. 450 mg/kg,which met the national standards. Only one sample exceeded the lead limit of organic tea by the Ministry of Agriculture. There was statistical significance on the distribution difference of Pb residues between in raw and in cooked tea(P〈0. 05),and there was no statistical significance on the difference of Pb residues in different sources of raw materials(P〉0. 05). Conclusion Pu'er tea produced in Yunnan has unique environmental advantages,and the overall lead content is controlled at an ideal level.
