摘要
目前空军航空装备维修管理过程中存在故障模型欠优、维修间隙难准等问题。研究多源飞行数据融合、设备可靠性建模、预防性维修间隙管理等技术,介绍一种基于威布尔分布的预防性维修间隙计算方法,并以垂直陀螺为例验证该方法。结果表明:本该方法可以节约装备维修经费、提高装备完好率。
At present, there are some problems in air force aviation equipment maintenance management, such as failure model being under-optimization, maintenance clearance being difficult to be accurate, etc. this paper focuses on technologies such as multi-source flight data integration, equipment reliability modeling, and preven- tive maintenance gap management. A preventive maintenance clearance calculation method based on Weibull distribution is introduced. Finally, the vertical gyro is used as an example to verify the method. Results show that the method can save equipment maintenance cost and improve equipment availability.
