摘要 现阶段,嵌入式机内测试(BIT)能力低,导致BIT故障检测率水平较差且虚警率高,已无法满足装备的测试性要求。介绍航空机载电子系统机内测试仿真验证技术测试性发展的研究现状及存在的问题,提出复杂系统测试性要求及诊断方案一体化权衡优化技术,通过典型机载系统机内测试方案案例研究,结果表明:复杂系统测试性要求及诊断方案一体化权衡优化技术可以有效解决BIT存在的问题。 At the present stage, the low capability of built in test(BIT) results in poor detection rate of BIT and high false alarm rate, which is unable to meet the testability requirement of equipment. The development status and existing problems of the testability of the on-board test simulation verification technology for airborne electronic systems are introduced. The test requirements of complex systems and the integration of diagnostic solu- tions are proposed. Through a case study of a typical airborne system internal test plan, it is proofed that the testability requirements of a complex system and the integrated trade-off optimization technique can effectively solve the problems existing in BIT.
