航空综合测试设备嵌入式计量系统研制

摘要 完整的嵌入式计量解决方案用于航空综合自动测试设备(IATE)机动计量保障具有重要的意义。首先,阐述嵌入式计量原理;其次,对某型IATE的计量需求进行分析;然后,介绍某型IATE嵌入式计量系统,包括内部溯源链、计量接口适配器和嵌入式计量软件;最后,对其进行测试与应用。结果表明:实施IATE嵌入式计量,不仅可以大幅减少外接标准的种类和数量,还可以确保IATE可计量。 A set of built-in metrology project of mobile metrology support for aircraft integrated automatic test e- quipment (IATE) is of important significance. Firstly, the principle of built-in metrology is set forth. Second- ly, the demand analysis for metrology support of certain IATE is put forward. Then, the built-in metrology system is presented, including inner traceability chain, metrology interface adapter and software of the built-in metrology. At last, test and application is done. The result shows that the practice of built-in metrology can both considerably reduce the types and numbers of exterior measurement standard equipments for metrology support, in favor of on-site support, consequently implementing the synchronized customization of metrology support equipments and the IATE.
