摘要
依托成昆铁路骄子山隧道工程实例,对岩盐腐蚀衬砌结构施工控制技术进行了研究。分析了岩盐腐蚀破坏混凝土结构机理,通过现场取样检测试验确定了防侵(腐)蚀作用的混凝土配合比;采用现场围岩核查、开挖工艺控制、精控初支工序、防排水施工控制以及二衬施工质量控制等系列施工技术可严格控制岩盐对衬砌结构的腐蚀。骄子山隧道施工结果表明,岩盐侵蚀隧道结构得到较好控制,成功解决岩盐侵蚀控制难题。
This paper investigates the anti-corrosion construction technique of lining structure on the basis of Jiaozishan Tunnel engineering. This paper analyzes the mechanism for lining structure caused by halite corrosion,and obtains concrete composition to prevent corrosion by using site sampling test. The halite corrosion to lining structure can be controlled by using site surrounding rock survey,excavation process control,the first process control,waterproof and drainage control and second lining construction quality control. It is indicated that corrosion to tunnel lining structure is controlled based on the results of tunnel construction inspection,and it is succeeded to solve the problems of halite corrosion.
