Policy Research on the Construction Waste Resource Industry in PPP Pattern

论证PPP模式应用于建筑废弃物资源化产业的必要性与可行性,在此基础上结合建筑废弃物资源化产业的特点,提出适合于PPP模式下建筑废弃物资源化产业发展的建筑废弃物分类回收、填埋、税收减免、再生产品和使用等政策。

This paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of applying PPP pattern to the construction waste resource industry. On this basis,combining with the characteristics of construction waste resource industry,this paper proposes the policies to adapt the development of construction waste resource industry in PPP pattern,which include waste classification and recycling,landfill,tax relief,recycling products and the use of policies.
