Real-time Monitoring and Quantitative Evaluation Method of Green Construction

在绿色发展理念和可持续发展背景下,我国绿色施工发展迅速,但目前对施工现场绿色施工实施效果的监测和评价技术尚需进一步研究和应用。绿色施工在线监测与量化评价技术,是《建筑业10项新技术》(2017版)中绿色施工技术之一,提出了施工现场绿色施工在线监测技术和设备,通过单项指标和综合评价对工程项目绿色施工进行量化评价。单项指标评价主要判定各项指标是否符合绿色施工要求及其绿色程度,综合评价主要判定整个工程的绿色度。该技术可有效评价工程项目绿色施工效果和程度,结合评价结果可改进和优化绿色施工方案和绿色施工技术,有效促进绿色施工的推进和实施。

Under the background of sustainable development in China,green construction is in full swing all over the country. However, more attentions should be paid to the monitoring and quantitative evaluation technology of green construction. The real-time monitoring and quantitative evaluation method is one of the green construction technologies in 2017 edition of ten new technologies of buildings. A quantitative evaluation method is proposed for green construction,which includes single index and comprehensive index. The single index is used to determine whether this index meets the requirements of green construction and its green degree,and the comprehensive index is used to determine the green degree of the whole project. The evaluation results can be used to improve and optimize the green construction scheme. Practical applications show that the proposed method works well and is able to evaluate and prompt the green construction of the project effectively.
