摘要
为进一步发挥新疆铁路路网优势,逐步打造起以乌鲁木齐集结中心为起点的中欧(中亚)班列物流品牌,在阐述新疆中欧(中亚)班列开行优势的基础上,结合新疆中欧(中亚)班列开行的实践,针对其存在的同质化竞争加剧、通关效率有待提高、运输成本居高不下等问题,提出构建西行的中欧(中亚)班列平台联盟、拓展集结中心职能、发展班列多式联运模式、加强信息化服务水平、提高口岸通关效率等新疆中欧(中亚)班列高质量发展对策,以不断提升新疆中欧(中亚)班列的竞争优势。
To build a good reputation of Xinjiang section of China-Europe/Central Asia Block Train Logistics with the Urumqi Hub as the starting point by giving full play to the advantages of Xinjiang's railway network, this paper probes into the challenges based on an elaboration of both its advantages and practices. The challenges include intensified rival competition, low clearance efficiency and high transport costs. To improve the competitiveness of Xinjiang section, this paper puts forward several strategies to facilitate its high-quality growth: building a coalition platform of west-bound trains, expanding the Urumqi Hub's functions, exploring the multi-modal transport modes, upgrading information service and improving the customs clearance efficiency.
