摘要
为挖掘铁路冷藏运输潜力,提升我国铁路冷藏运输装备配置水平,阐述我国铁路冷藏运输载运装备现状,分析铁路冷藏运输装备发展存在的问题。借鉴美国铁路冷藏车技术、冷藏箱技术、单元化供电技术的发展经验,探讨我国批量冷藏运输、零散冷藏运输和小件冷藏快运3个市场层次的市场需求特点,提出我国铁路冷藏运输装备专业化、单元化、智能化的发展思路,并重点分析我国铁路冷藏车、冷藏箱、小型箱的装备选型策略,为近期冷藏运输量增长目标的实现及铁路冷藏运输业务持续健康发展提供技术支撑。
To fully tap the potential of refrigerated transportation by railway in China through upgrading the equipment, this paper firstly digs into the obstacles that have slowed down the development of the equipment based on an elaboration of the equipment utilized at present. Taking the advantage of the US's advanced technologies in railway refrigerator cars, containers and unitized power supply, we put forward our general idea to overcome the obstacles: to promote the specialized, unitized and intelligent development of railway refrigerated transportation based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the market demand for refrigerated transportation of cargoes in large or small quantity and of small express parcels in China. To provide technical support for China's railway to achieve its volume growth goal and sustainable development in refrigerated transportation in the near future, this paper highlights the proposed strategies to select the equipment for railway refrigerated cars, standard containers and smallsized containers.
