扦插部位、时间和IBA浓度对‘密花’芒茎秆扦插苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验采用‘密花’芒为材料,探讨了扦插部位、扦插时间和IBA浓度对其茎秆扦插幼苗的生长的影响。结果表明:下部芽苞扦插的效果最佳,生根率、最长根长和生根数等指标显著优于中部和上部芽苞;在IBA处理0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%条件下,随着激素浓度的增加,其茎秆扦插幼苗生长状况呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,在0.3%IBA处理扦插茎段时幼苗的生长最佳;扦插时间以8月中旬效果最好,随着扦插时间的变化,母株茎秆中可溶性糖含量逐渐降低,淀粉含量则呈现先升高后降低的趋势,其扦插幼苗的生长指标均逐渐降低。 The effects of cutting position,cutting time and IBA concentrates on the growth of shoot cuttings seedlings of Miscanthus sinensis were examined in the current study. The results showed that the seedlings developed from the lower buds performed best in terms of rooting percentages,root length and rooting numbers compared with those from middle and upper buds. Under the treatments of different concentrations of IBA( 0,0. 1%,0. 2%,0. 3%,0. 5% and 1%),the growth of seedlings showed an initial increasing trend but decreased with the increase of IBA concentration. The best seedling growth was observed under 0. 3% IBA treatment. The most suitable cutting time was in mid-August. The soluble sugar content in stem of mother plant gradually decreased,and the starch content increased at the early stage then decreased. The growth indicators of seedlings kept decreasing along with the cutting time.
