摘要
东海AM1井一口超深大位移气井,完钻井深6 866 m,水平位移5 350.49 m。Φ311.15 mm井段裸眼长度3 614 m,井斜77°,稳斜段长度4 969 m,Φ215.9 mm井段裸眼长度1 396 m,存在多套煤层、易垮易漏、漏失压力低、井斜大、水平位移和裸眼段长等技术挑战。通过大量的试验评价,优选油基冲洗液配方;运用固井工程软件模拟技术,优选出扶正器加放、浆柱结构、排量等工艺参数,结合油基泥浆BHCT预测技术、旋转尾管挂与划眼浮鞋旋转划眼等配套工艺,保证了作业的安全和目的层固井质量。该井的顺利施工,为今后东海同类大位移深井固井提供了依据。
Well AM1 in the east China sea is a ultra-deep gas well, the depth is 6 866 m,the horizontal displacement reaches 5 350.49 m. The Φ311.15 mm open hole section is3 614 m,the inclination is 77°, the steady inclined section is 4 969 m, the Φ215.9 mm open hole section is 1 396 m. Drilling faces a series of puzzles, such as multiple coal beds,easy collapse and easy leakage, low leakage pressure, high inclination, large horizontal displacement and open hole section. The formulation of flushing fluid is optimized based on lots of experimental evaluation. Depending on the simulation of cementing engineer software,centralizer setting, cement slurry structure, and displacement are optimized. The BHCT prediction of oil-based mud, rotatable liner hanger and reaming floating shoe are used together.These measures ensure safe drilling and cementing quality which provide the basis for similar deep well cementing in the east China sea.
