一种阴-非离子表面活性剂在安塞油田长6油藏适应性研究

摘要 对室内研发了一种阴-非离子型表面活性剂开展油藏适应性研究,测试了界面张力、乳化能力、油藏配伍性、岩心室内驱油实验。结果表明,该表面活性剂与安塞油田长6油藏原油的最终界面张力维持在10-3m N/m数量级,耐盐、耐温性较好,对原油具有较强的乳化能力,并且与安塞油田注入水配伍性良好,0.5%的质量分数下较水驱提高采收率12%以上,能满足安塞油田表面活性剂驱油的要求。现场试验10个井组,对应油井含水下降3.7%、增油效果明显,表明该表面活性剂在安塞油田长6油藏具有较好的适应性。 A study on the adaptability of a negative and nonionic surfactants was developed in the laboratory, and the interfacial tension, emulsification, reservoir compatibility and core oil displacement experiments were tested. The results show that the final interfacial tension between the surfactant and the Ansai oilfield Chang 6 oil reservoir is maintained at the magnitude of 10-3 m N/m, with good salt tolerance and temperature resistance, strong emulsifying ability to crude oil and good compatibility with the injection water in Ansai oilfield. The oil recovery of the oilfield in the oilfield of Ansai is better than that of water flooding in 0.5 %.The requirement of surfactant flooding in oilfield. The field test of 10 wells, the water cut in the oil well is reduced by 3.7 %, and the effect of oil increasing is obvious. It shows that the surfactant has good adaptability in the Chang 6 reservoir in Ansai oilfield.
