植物胶混配成套技术与装备的研制与工业应用

摘要 随着石油工业的发展,油田压裂成为主要的开采方式,对压裂液的需求量大。传统的配制过程,不仅速度慢,人工劳动强度大,而且容易产生"水包粉"现象,黏度达到使用要求需要较长的时间。这既影响了配液的质量又由于"水包粉"的形成而导致了胶粉用量的增加和对环境的污染。针对上述存在的问题,本文研制出的植物胶全自动高效混配和快速释放成套装备,具有配制范围广、模块化设计、配液精度高、自动化程度高、环境友好的优点,该装备已经在国内油田得到大力推广和工业应用,实施效果显著,推动了压裂技术的发展,产生了较大的经济效益。 With the development of petroleum industry, oilfield fracturing has become the main mode of exploitation, and there is a great demand for fracturing fluid. The traditional preparation process is not only slow, but also easy to produce the phenomenon of "powder in water". It takes a long time to reach the designed viscosity and comes up with powder in water phenomenon, which not only affects the quality of mixing liquid but also increases the amount of powders consumption and pollutes the environment. According to the above problems, full-automatic highly efficiency fast mixing and quick releasing equipment has been developed, which has the advantages of wide preparation range, modular structure design,highly precise preparation, highly automatization and friendly environment. The equipment has been greatly popularized and applied in domestic oilfields, and its implementation effect is remarkable, which has promoted the development of fracturing technology and produced great economic benefits.
