文中通过研究应用基于移动终端的TV播放平台,采用分布式模块化架构,开发音视频直播/点播业务的移动客户端门户,提供完整的内容管理及开放接口,设计内容录入发布、视频处理、客户端内容获取等流程,规划硬件平台部署,测算网络容量,建立起适用于多种移动终端应用的TV播放平台,为客户提供丰富的移动流媒体的点播、直播服务。

This paper through study on the application based on mobile TV broadcast platform with a distributed modular architecture,development of live video/audio-on-demand business mobile client portal that provides a complete content management and open interfaces,presented the design entry publishing,video processing,client access to the content,processes and planning a hardware platform deployment,the breadth of the network capacity, and built up a wide range of mobile terminal applications to play TV platform of mobile streaming media-on-demand and live services.
