The Construction of Pshychological Health Education Team in Local Colleges and Universities in the New Era

对地方高校心理健康教育队伍进行了调查,报告了普遍存在着数量和机构不够合理、职责和考核机制不够规范、朋辈辅导不够健全等现状。以地方高水平大学建设为参照,从心理育人角度出发,就严格准入制度、完善培训机制、建立考核激励机制、增强思政队伍和心理健康队伍相互渗透、注重朋辈辅导等方面进行了阐述。

By investigation the psychological health education team in local colleges and universities,the paper reports that the number and organization is not reasonable enough,the duty and assessment mechanism is not standardized,and the peer tutoring is not perfect.Taking the construction of local highlevel universities as the reference,from the perspective of psychological education this paper also expounds the strict admittance system,improving the training mechanism,establishing the assessment and incentive mechanism,enhancing the mutual penetration of the ideological and political team and the psychological health team,and focusing on the peer tutoring.
