学生参与大学治理之制度研究的元分析

Meta-analysis of the Research on the System of Student Participation in University Governance

伴随着高校治理体制深层次探索,以学生参与大学治理制度为主题的研究成果不断呈现新的理论框架和问题视角。针对以往大量研究结果开展元分析,将得到该领域研究结果的综合性、普遍性结论。"学生参与大学治理之制度研究"的元分析,将CNKI检索后经筛选的114篇国内文献作为研究对象,采用发表年份、研究者学科背景、研究视角、研究背景、研究主题、研究设计等六个维度的分析单元,探寻我国学生参与大学治理之制度研究在社会发展变迁中的发展理路。分析结果发现,国内文献研究背景间的耦合性呈现出制度语境的隐忧、研究视角和研究主题对制度品质的忽视需要纠偏、研究者的学科背景表明需要加强对制度安排与制度实效的合力关注、实证研究对制度境遇和制度需求的反观尚嫌不足。

Along with the deeper exploration of university governance system,newer theoretical framework and problem perspectives on the research upon student participation in university governance continually emerge. This paper makes a meta-analysis of the abundant previous findings and comes to comprehensive and universal conclusions about academic findings in this field. Choosing 114 papers from CNKI database as research objects,this paper traces the system research upon the development of Chinese student participation in university governance from the six analytical dimensions： pub-year,the researchers＇ academic backgrounds,research perspectives,research background,research subjects and research design. The analysis shows that the coupling among domestic literary study backgrounds indicate malaise in institutional context; rectification is needed in research perspectives and research subjects due to the neglects of institution qualities; the researcher＇s academic backgrounds indicate that joint attention should be paid to the strengthening of institutional arrangements and its effectiveness; introspection of the empirical research upon institutional circumstances and demands is insufficient.
