摘要
随着英国高等教育扩大入学和学生多元化的发展,英国大学的教学功能逐渐进入社会关注的视野。文章选取剑桥大学为研究个案,在当前政府提出"教学卓越框架"的背景下,结合《剑桥大学教学卓越框架报告》对其践行教学学术的思想及实践路径进行了总结与分析,剑桥大学将教学视为一种学术目标,将教学学术与教师专业发展紧密结合,鼓励教学卓越并将其视为该校百年质量文化的一个重要构成要素。
With the expansion of enrollment and diversity of students in UK higher education,the teaching function of British universities has gradually become the focus of social attention. Selecting Cambridge University as the research case in the context of the government's Teaching Excellence Framework Report,this paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical and practical paths of teaching scholarship: Cambridge University views teaching as scholarship,combines teaching scholarship with the professional developments of teachers,encourages teaching excellence and regards it as an essential part of quality culture.
