我国地方高校学生境外留学意向的调查及对策研究--以S省N大学为例

A Survey of College Students' Intentions and Suggestions on Studying Abroad in Local Universities in China——Take N University in S Province as an Example

在高等教育国际化的大背景下,地方高校积极推进国际化人才培养工作,尤其是大力鼓励学生走出国门,接受多元化的教育。本研究主要采取问卷调查法,以S省N大学的全体学生为对象,对学生境外留学意向进行调研,分析了学生境外留学的考虑因素以及留学困难的原因等信息,并从营造留学氛围、提升留学服务质量、完善境外留学的服务体系以及推进国际化的人才培养等方面,对地方高校推进学生境外留学提出了对策建议。

With the internationalization of higher education,local colleges and universities are actively promoting the cultivation of globally competitive talents and they especially encourage college students to go abroad to receive pluralistic education. Mainly adopting the method of questionnaire survey and taking all the undergraduate and postgraduate students of N University in S Province as the objects,this study investigates the intentions of students＇ studying abroad. Based on the investigation,this study analyzes the factors that affect students＇ studying abroad and the reasons for their difficulties in doing so. Furthermore,some suggestions are given to local universities for promoting students to study abroad from the perspectives of atmosphere fostering,promotion of service,perfection of overseas students＇ service system as well as the promotion of international talents＇ cultivation.
