摘要
文化社会学视角下的大学班级边缘人是校园文化情境中多种文化元素碰撞的产物,他们远离班级核心,处于若即若离的生存状态,可分类为文化激荡中的错乱者、文化冲突中的失意者、文化顺应中的保守者和文化拥护中的独断者。边缘人现象的生成受到制度文化、符号文化和结构文化的综合影响,教育管理者可从完善校园管理制度、凝聚班级核心价值、创建和谐人际氛围等方面展开举措,缓解边缘学生面临的各类文化冲突,引导其顺利回归集体。
Under the perspective of cultural sociology,marginal students in university class is the product of multi-culture collision in campus environment. Being away from the core of class and kept at arm 's length,they could be divided into four groups: confused ones in cultural interaction,frustrated ones in cultural conflicts,conservatives in cultural adaptation and dictators in cultural advocacy. Emergence of marginal students is comprehensively influenced by system culture,sign culture and structure culture. Education managers can take measures in improving campus management system,condensing core value of class,creating harmonious interpersonal atmosphere etc.,so as to relieve the cultural conflicts faced by marginal students,and guide them to return to class group.
