摘要
卓越教师培养是适应教育改革发展的必然要求,专业型教育硕士作为卓越教师重要培养对象,其培养质量对基础教育发展具有重要影响。然而目前教育硕士培养模式还存在诸多问题,与卓越教师培养目标尚存在差距。文章以广州大学专业型地理教育硕士为例,从教学团队、课程改革、教学方式等方面对教育硕士人才培养模式进行创新与实践,构建了多元化、模块化、弹性化的MFEO人才培养模式,为进一步创新教育硕士人才培养模式提供经验与借鉴。
The cultivation of outstanding teachers is an inevitable requirement for the reform and development of education. As an important cultivating object for outstanding teachers,the quality of profession-oriented Master of Education exerts an important influence on the development of basic education. However,there are still many problems in the training mode of masters of education,and there is still a gap between reality and the training target of outstanding teachers. Therefore,this paper takes profession-oriented Education Master of Geography in Guangzhou University as an example to innovate and practice the talents-training mode for Master of Education in terms of teaching team,curriculum reform and teaching methods. In this way,MFEO talents-training mode with diversity,modularity and flexibility is constructed,which provides experience and reference for the further innovation of the talent training mode of Master of Education.
