衰减全反射附件在润滑剂分析中的应用

摘要 衰减全反射技术可以在不对样品进行任何稀释的情况下直接测定样品的红外光谱,使一些难于用透射红外光谱分析的样品(如固体样品和黏稠样品等)可方便快捷地用衰减全反射附件进行分析。通过实际案例,列举了衰减全反射附件在润滑油脂分析中的应用。衰减全反射附件为解决润滑故障,润滑油质量鉴定和配方优化等提供了技术支撑,拓展了红外光谱的应用范围。 The attenuated total reflectance technique could allow the infrared spectrum of a sample to be measured directly without any dilution of the sample.It was easy and fast to use attenuated total reflectance attachment for analyzing samples (such as solid and viscous samples) which were difficult to analyze by transmission infrared spectroscopy.Through practical examples,the application of attenuated total reflectance attachment in lubricating grease analysis was enumerated.The attenuated total reflectance attachment provided technical support for solving lubrication faults, lubricating oil quality identification and formulation optimization, and expanded the application of infrared spectrum.
