盐酸中BMAT对N80钢的缓蚀作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以苯甲醛、苯胺、苯并咪唑为原料,采用三组分"一锅法"Mannich反应来制备苯并咪唑类化合物(BMAT),并通过挂片失重法研究了BMAT在1∶2的盐酸介质溶液中对N80碳钢挂片的缓蚀行为。研究结果表明:加入BMAT可减弱盐酸对N80碳钢挂片的腐蚀,在32℃,BMAT浓度为0.75 mmol/L时,缓蚀率可达到88.92%。
