摘要
人力资源的重要性越来越受到当代企业的重视,员工作为企业最具能动性的资源已然成为企业核心竞争力的关键性战略储备。如何招聘有价值的员工,且不断促进员工成长与进步,进而推动企业进一步发展,已经成为每一个企业人力资源管理者的重要课题。在此背景下,人力资源管理中六大模块之一的招聘的必要性在现实中越发凸显。本文试图对公司的招聘问题做出分析和研究。
The importance of human resources is valued by more and more contemporary enterprises, so employees as the most valuable resources have become the essential and strategic resources in the core competence of corporations. Then how to recruit valuable employees, and cultivate the growth and improvement of employees have become the most important target for every human resource managers,which can promote the development of an enterprise. In this context, the importance of recruiting, as one of the six models in human resource management, is increasingly highlighting in reality. In this context, the writer intends to analysis and research into the recruiting issue, according to the reality in company.
