摘要
随着本科高校的持续扩招、高考生源的不断减少,高职院校的生源困境愈演愈烈。事实证明,要走出生源困境,提升生源质量是关键。师资力量作为影响生源质量的直接因素,"双师型"教师队伍的建设尤为重要。在目前"双师型"教师队伍的建设过程中,主要存在对"双师型"教师的职业定位模糊、评价制度不完善、管理机制不健全等问题。需要通过明确"双师"发展标准、更新"双师"评价制度、实施"双师"动态管理体系等方法来加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。
With the continuous enrollment expansion of undergraduate universities and the decrease of the number of students" sources, the predicament of students" sources in higher vocational colleges is get ting worse and worse. It has been proved that improving the quality of students is the key to getting out of the source predicament. As a direct factor influencing the quality of students, the construction of "double qualified" teaching staff is particularly important. In the current construction process of "double qualified teaching staff, there are some problems such as fuzzy professional orientation, imperfect evaluation system and imperfect management mechanism. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the "double qual fled" teaching staff by clarifying the development standard of "double qualified" teachers, updating the double qualified" evaluation system and implementing the "double qualified" dynamic management system.
