Research on the Total Quality Management System of Vocational Education Training Bases

全面质量管理思想与方法适用于实训基地质量管理,能有效提高实训基地质量水平。基于利益相关方为客户目标,以学生为教育服务对象,实施全员参与、全过程管理的实训基地质量管理思想,构建了包括机构建设、方针目标设计、PDCA循环设计、ISO质量管理流程文件设计、持续与改进机制的全面质量管理框架体系和策略,实现了职业教育实训基地质量的全面质量管理。

TQM ideas and methods are applicable to the quality management of training bases, and can effectively improve the quality of training bases. Based on the interest related party as the customer goal, by taking the students as the education service object, and implementing the training base quality manage ment thought of getting everyone involved and the whole process management, the framework and strate gy of the total quality management are constructed, including the organization construction, the policy tar get design, the PDCA cycle design, the ISO quality management process document design, and the contin uous improvement mechanism. In this way, the total quality management system of vocational education training bases can be realized.
