摘要
针对台头前湾矿浅埋煤层煤柱留设过大的问题,为进一步提高矿井煤炭采出率,通过理论分析确定了矿井煤柱留设尺寸合理范围,利用UDEC数值模拟软件,最终确定煤柱尺寸为12 m,并进行工业性试验。实验结果表明:巷道顶板最大离层量达到105 mm,底鼓最大值达到294 m,两帮最大移近量达到348 mm,能够满足安全生产需求,说明煤柱宽度是合理的。
In order to solve the oversize of shallow buried coal pillars and improve the mining rate,the reasonable size of coal pillar 12 m was settled by the UDEC numeral simulation software,with industrial test.The test result showed that maximum separation roof of roadway achieved by 105 mm,the maximum of bottom heave 294 m,the maximum movement of the two sides 348 mm,meeting the needs of safe mining,the coal pillar width was reasonable.
