摘要 为了解决玻璃熔制过程中出现的问题,通过调整窑炉四稳(温度稳、液位窑压稳、生料线稳、气氛稳)和废气中氮氧化物的措施,达到了废气排放环保要求,同时对窑炉进行了单个烧枪调整、电助熔的功率分布及单枪气氛调整,降低了能耗,提高了玻璃液的温差,增强了玻璃液的对流,提高了玻璃液的均匀性。 In order to solve the glass melting process problems,by adjusting the furnace four stability(steady temperature,liquid level kiln atmosphere pressure stability,stable raw line,stability) and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas measures,to meet the requirements of environmental protection of the greenhouse gas emissions,the single lance for the kiln adjustment of fuse,the electric power distribution,and single gun atmosphere adjustment,reducing the energy consumption and increasing the temperature of liquid glass,strengthening glass liquid convection,improving the uniformity of the glass.
