采煤机滚筒截齿截线距仿真分析优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对影响采煤机滚筒截割比能耗的截线距参数,以不同截线距下的螺旋滚筒作为分析对象,利用UG软件建立了3种不同截线距的截割滚筒模型,通过离散元仿真软件PFC对3组不同截线距的采煤机滚筒截割煤壁的过程进行仿真分析,得到了截齿及滚筒所受截割力、落煤体积,由此计算分析滚筒所受截割扭矩及截割比能耗。对比3组模型的数据及截割比能耗值可知,在设定工况下,截线距为70 mm时滚筒截割性能较好。 Based on the impact shearer drum cutting line spacing parameters,different cutting line spacing of the spiral drum was taken as analysis object,using UG software to establish the 3 different cutting line spacing of cutting drum model,the discrete element simulation software PFC was used to simulate three groups of different cutting line spacing in the process of mining,the cutting force,cutting teeth,collapsed coal volume were got,the calculation analysis of roller by cutting torque and cutting energy consumption was conducted.By comparing the data of the three models and the energy consumption of cutting ratio,it can be seen that the cutting performance of the drum was better when the intercept distance was 70 mm under the set working condition.
