摘要
邯钢西区焦化厂1号焦炉上升管内径560 mm,高度2 950 mm,荒煤气平均温度为766℃,流量为492.7 Nm3/h。根据该上升管的结构和荒煤气的特点,在不改变原有焦炉结构的基础上,设计出一种新型的螺旋盘管式上升管换热器,该换热器能够很好的回收焦炉荒煤气高温显热,有效解决了传统换热器介质易漏、热应力不稳定、内部易堵塞、焦油凝析与石墨结附带来的安全问题。
No.1 coke oven of west branch of Hangang coking plant,with rising pipe inner diameter 560 mm,height 2 950 mm,the average temperature of coke-oven gas is about 766 ℃ and the flow rate is 492.7 Nm^3/h.According to the characteristics of the ascension pipe,based on the structure of the original coke oven,the new spiral coil type riser heat exchanger was designed.The heat exchanger can effectively recover the high temperature sensible heat of the coke-oven gas.It effectively solved the safety problems of traditional heat exchangers such as water leakage,unstable thermal stress,easy internal clogging,tar condensation and graphite knots.
